Pets

Pets are allowed on site by preauthorization by Wade only – you MUST talk to Wade before you attempt to bring an animal on site.

There are a few things you need to know before you ask.

• There are two very large Dogs that live on the site, and two smaller ones, they freely roam the site, because it’s thier home. If your critter doesn’t get along with others, it needs to stay home.
• This is a working ranch with turkeys, chickens, and Peacocks – if you are bringing your bird, make sure it’s very healthy, there are farm birds on the site.
• Our Dogs must remain leashed at all times
• Our Cats and / or birds must remain under control at all times.
• we need to be respectful of others with our animals.

If your animal is determined to be a problem for the community, it, and you, will be asked to leave.  There will be no refund of any kind.

Fires

The site requires the use of an above the ground type portable fire pit, and does not supply them, wood is not available onsite for personal fires.

There are at least three fires set up for Community:

• The Sacred fire in the ritual circle
• A warming fire behind the drummers
• A fire in front of the living room.

There is no early arrival or setup available for this event.

Gate Hours
Registration is open from Gates open until gates closed except as noted on Saturday and Sunday.
April 7, 2010 – Gates Open 9:00 am – Close 11:00 pm
April 8, 2010 – Gates Open 9:00 am – Close 11:00 pm
April 9, 2010 – Gates Open 9:00 am – Close 11:00 pm
April 10, 2010 – Gates Open 9:00am

• Registration Closes 8:00 pm no admittance after 8:00 pm
• Gates Close 12:00 am

April 11, 2010 – Gates Open 9:00 am

• Everyone except the cleanup crew must be off site by 4:00pm
• Cleanup Crew must be offsite by 12:00 pm Monday

PLEASE NOTE: at other sites we had a soft lock option on the gate, it was easy to access by staffers sleeping nearby, so with arrangements we had a provision for admittance after hours. THIS IS NO LONGER POSSIBLE – The Gates ar 1/2 mile from the camping areas and are locked at the above schedule, emergency egress only after hours, and no admittance after gates are locked.

Late Departure

There is no late departure option available for this event.

The Living Room

A place to socialize, hang out, sit down, and take a load off. We schedule workshops here at 10am, 1 and 3 PM, but beyond that, feel free to come in, sit down, chat, listen, or even snooze….. It’s a place for all of us to gather when we’re not doing anything else…. we highly recommend spending some time here, the conversations are varied, and Fascinating. We’ve overhead conversations on the most varied topics imaginable, taking some of the weirdest turns you can dream of… We once heard a conversation start with intentional community, and over the next 45 minutes touch on Bronze age jewelry, quantum theory, Japanese swordmaking, Hydrogen fuel, and Performance magic.
